Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
2. Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs
3. Arranging business meetings with prospective clients
4. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting client’s objectives
5. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
6. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
7. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
8. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
9. Commercial negotiations with vendors and partners
10. Controls and minimize revenue leakages.
11. Supervise and monitoring system for debtors and creditors accounts.
12. Overseeing the decision-making process towards Pricing / Business approvals / Profitability.
13. Tracking the distribution & leg wise marketing parameters against target and flash update on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
14. Understanding Products with technical details, if required, do hands on.
15. Working with NOC team to help customers and close their concerns.
16. Discuss quality and technical issues with customers.
